HAVE FUN WITHOUT SEX

Forgive and forget; the future is always brighter than you expect.
Are you sniggering while reading this? Are you thinking cuddling is fine, but does not give you the physical release you get with sex? Well, you have to work to build intimacy without sex and that takes time, effort and some fun.
A few ways to make this work are:
Touch each other
Be as physically close as you can without sex. Massages, cuddling while watching a movie and holding hands while talking or even stroking each others' hair is great ways to get intimate without sex! Getting to know each other is half the fun of intimacy!
Hold each other
Hold each other as much as possible. Try kissing each other good night or when you are leaving the house. Works great to keep you connected without sex.
Be emotionally intimate
Talk about your day, your hopes and dreams - whatever - when you're cuddling in bed. Share secrets and office gossip. This can really relax you, and keep you informed about what you both are doing.
Banish distractions
Take away the TV, ignore phones and mobiles and call for food. Just sit and talk while looking into each others eyes! That really boots the intimacy levels.
Be warned!
Intimacy and sex go hand-in-hand in the male mind. For them sex also means love. You can get close to them without sex but physical communication in every relationship is as important as emotional communication. Sex is an inherent part of every marriage and long-term relationship, but it should not be something you do because your partner wants it! Physically being in contact with your partner can be really relieving even if you do not have sex!

STEP ONE: FEED YOUR BRAIN
According to research, the first step to boosting your love life is to feed your brain. "The biggest sexual organ is the brain, which produces the chemicals and hormones that trigger feelings of love and attraction, arousal and orgasm via sexual areas in brain. We need to make sure we're eating the right foods to ensure the production of these chemicals and hormones."
First, it's important to have a diet that boosts the levels of the neurotransmitter dopamine in brain, released by the neurons. Dopamine is the feel-good chemical associated with the emotions of anticipation and desire. As such, it is vital to a healthy sex drive.
STEP TWO: BALANCE YOUR HORMONES
Having a good balance of hormones is essential to a healthy sex life, which is why the menopause - when hormone levels drop - can cause havoc with your sex life. There are three hormones responsible for arousal and sexual desire: oestrogens, which are present in both but a female harmone, testosterone, also in both but a male harmone, and DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone), which is found in women only.
"A good balance of animal fat in meat and fish and good cholesterol, found in eggs for example, encourages the production of sex hormones, improving libido. It's vital to eat plenty of good quality protein, ideally a portion with every meal," said Dr.
STEP THREE: BOOST YOUR ENERGY
For good sex, you need stamina and energy. While a generally healthy diet will help you feel strong and healthy, it's important to eat food that will increase your levels of Human Growth Hormone (HGH). This hormone increases sexual desire and provides the stamina and energy needed for a sexual marathon. To increase production, eat organic protein from beef, fish, and chicken.
